FAQ's
1. How long is the wait time between pre-paying and my lawn being serviced?
Although, we have seven days to cut your yard, the average time for our crews is under five days. Some lucky customers even receive same-day service!
2. What does the service include?
The $35 flat fee includes cutting the front & back, weed-eating around the entire house, edging it up and blowing it off.
3. Do I have to be home for my yard to be serviced?
NO! Unlike other companies., we don't hold you hostage all day. That's the great thing about the online pre-payment option. Once you've paid, your address is put on the schedule and crews are sent to your house on a first paid first served basis.
4. If I don't like the estimated price for my yard, how soon will I receive a refund?
In the rare instance that we cannot come to an agreement on the price of your yard, you will receive a refund within 24 hours of a confirmed cancellation.
5. Will I have to pre-pay every month to be a regular, every two-week customer?
No, you can pay $100 in advance at a time, which will cover your service for two months.

6. If I pre-paid and then had to get the yard cut before y'all came out what happens?
You will be issued a credit in our system, which would make you top priority and your yard will be done in 3 days after you request to use your credit.
7. What if I just want to pay cash for my Yard?
We will accept your cash Payment in advance at our office,and once recieved we will schedule your yard, just like you paid online.
